We buy and prepare daily only the freshest vegetables, fruit, poultry and fish and we pick only what we will use for that meal from our gardens and orchards. Finca Rosa Blanca has had a long-standing tradition of encouraging our guests to dine together and share their experiences while in Costa Rica and their personal histories. We offer the Travelers Table to you at 7pm. A family-style seating up to 12 people at our large communal table will have a chance to sit together and partake of our gourmet organic menu and specials.
