Cancellation Policy: all reservations must be paid in advance unless other conditions specified. We accept cancellations up to 15 days before arrival (30 days in holiday season) without any penalty; after that “no show” charges may apply. |
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
* Full payment is required 30 days prior to reservation date is required by check, voucher or credit card authorization (Visa, MC or AMEX).
* For Peak Season (Dec 20 to Jan 05) full payment is required 60 days in advance.
* Please advise the Inn of the guests' estimated time of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
* When cancellation notification is received 23 days prior to the reservation, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
* If a reservation is cancelled 22 days or less prior to the arrival date, 100% of the reservation will be charged even if it hasn’t been prepaid.
* If there is a “no-show”, 100% of the total of the reservation will be charged (even if it hasn’t been prepaid).
* During Peak Season (Dec. 20 to Jan. 5) cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the reservation date.

Certification for Sustainable Tourism (CST) (2008) Finca Rosa Blanca has achieved the status of five “Green Leaves” and a 100% compliance as the highest ranked hotel in the Costa Rica CST (Certificate for Sustainable Tourism) program. The leaf count represents the degree to which the hotel complies with a model of sustainability, including social, cultural and environmental aspects of operation: recycling efforts, waste treatments, energy conservation, employee and community relations, encouragement of clients’ environmental awareness, and overall impact on the environment.
