“All sorts of odd-shaped windows enhance the sun-filled house, which marries the adventuresome architectural spirit of Spain’s Gaudí with the open free-form design of the American southwest. A 40-foot high cathedral lounge sets the tone for the whitewashed stucco structure, its striking atrium dominated by a soaring, floral-motif beehive fireplace, masses of tropical plants, lustrous wood accents and vivid jungle murals painted by talented local artists. Eclectic adornments include an assortment of pre-Columbian artifacts, contemporary paintings/ wood sculptures, beautiful weavings and a host of unusual furnishings/art objects collected over the years by the Jampol family.” Andrew Harper’s Hideaway Report
